Only when more than 2 fixtures are placed can the product's cycle processing be completed. Fully automatic processing can improve production efficiency. When the product on the first fixture is processed and the product on the next fixture is processed, the product on the first fixture can be replaced. When the product on the next fixture is processed, the product on the first fixture can be replaced to complete the reciprocating processing. If only one fixture is placed, only the semi-automatic processing mode can be used. In standby mode, press the number key "1" on the panel to enter the fully automatic working mode. When maintenance occurs, the entire machine stops. After repair, move the machine head to a high position, use the "single step" key to find an empty position, and then press the "start" key to process. Otherwise, if you press the start key to process in the hole position that has been processed before, there will be a double hole phenomenon, which may damage the needle. You must pay attention when operating, and you should also pay attention when semi-automatic processing.

Semi-automatic

Press the "start" key once, process once, and after processing the product, the machine head stops at a high position and works to the starting point. Replace the product, press the "start" key again, work to the first hole position, and process again. You can also start processing from the Nth hole to the last hole. N can be set. After entering the hole number through the keyboard, press the upper hole and lower hole keys to work to the hole to ensure that the hole position has not been processed. Press the "start" key to process, otherwise the needle will be damaged. When maintenance occurs, the handling method is the same as that of fully automatic processing.

Fully automatic

After setting the product data, press the "upper hole" or "lower hole" button on the fully automatic test screen to end the single-step hole alignment. You can check whether the hole position is correct. If it is wrong, you can exit and enter the experience correction interface to make corrections. After pressing Start, the workbench will continue to move until it stops working after completing a product program file, so that you can check whether the workbench is normal.
