1. The waste hair of bristle brushes and wool brushes is not cleaned up. ① Increase the roller rolling speed and slow down the chain transmission speed; ② Try to move the brush closer to the roller direction, as long as the roller needle does not touch the filling strip in the brush head and does not damage the bristles.
2. The brush wire of the wire brush is bent and deformed. First reduce the roller speed, and you can also adjust the chain transmission speed faster.
3. The rubber chain of the bottom row is easy to fall off the rubber or the chain makes abnormal sounds. Clean up the waste hair in the double-row sprocket groove in time, add lubricating oil (evenly and in small amounts), and tighten the chain.
4. The brush head is easily sucked into the machine compartment. ① Adjust the pressing screw to press the brush head; ② Eliminate the uneven thickness of the brush head; ③ The brush head cannot be waist-drum shaped (protruding in the center); ④ If it is drum-shaped, there is a gap between the brush heads.
5. The inverter adjustment speed is unstable. If you use a rotary adjustment switch, it is very likely that the adjustment switch is damaged. Refer to the "Instructions-Function Parameter List" to modify the parameters. Change F0.00-0 to F0.00-1. Then use the up and down keys to set the speed.
6. The machine makes an abnormal sound when it is just started. ① It may be phase-missing. Check the circuit; ② Check the contactor. The voltage is unstable and the contactor is easily damaged. Dust enters the contactor, which is also easy to cause poor contact. Dust removal or replacement of the contactor.
7. The machine trips. Check the circuit and check one by one. It is very likely that a motor is burned out and short-circuited. Pay attention to phase-missing. Phase-missing can easily damage the motor.
8. The machine has induced electricity, so be sure to connect the ground wire.
