How to Make One Toothbrush (Step by Step)
Injection Molding
The Injection Machine and Molds are used to produce toothbrush handles.
Plastic granules (PP, PETG, or eco-materials) are heated and injected into molds.
The result is a solid toothbrush handle, ready for further processing.
Tufting (Inserting Bristles)
The Toothbrush Tufting Machine inserts Filaments (nylon or PBT bristles) into the drilled holes of the handle.
Aluminium Wire is used to anchor the bristles securely in place.
Finishing
The Toothbrush Finishing Machine trims, shapes, and polishes the bristle tips.
Bristle ends are rounded to protect gums and teeth, and different shapes (flat, zigzag, dome) can be created.
Packaging
The Toothbrush Packaging Machine automatically packs the finished toothbrushes.
Options include blister packaging, paper box, or eco-friendly packaging, ready for shipping.
