Daily inspection:
1. The brush dust inside the front and rear bases of the hair transplanting machine should be removed;
2. The oil and dirt on the front and rear bases of the hair transplanting machine should be cleaned;
3. The surface of the device should be kept clean;
4. A small amount of 68 lubricating oil should be dripped on the cam;
5. A small amount of 68 lubricating oil should be dripped on the hair removal knife ring head, the eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing and the large needle rod;
6. A small amount of 68 lubricating oil should be dripped on the computer machine's various line diameter tracks;
7. Check whether the needle (hair transplanting needle) is defective and needs to be repaired or replaced;
8. Check whether the electric eye device is sensitive and inspect;
Monthly inspection:
1. Check whether the machine lubrication system supply is normal and whether there is oil leakage and inspect;
2. Check whether the air pipe is leaking and inspect;
3. Check whether the clamp spring is good and inspect it;
4. Check the copper feeding mechanism and check it;
5. Check whether the panel switch button is normal;
6. Check the radiator and filter of the electrical box;
Quarterly inspection:
1. Check whether the operation of each cam roller is good and check it;
2. Check whether the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide column are fine and check them;
3. Check whether the straight hair cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are fine and check them;
4. Check whether the rocker arm slider is loose; adjust or replace it when necessary;
5. Check whether the hair planting head is loose or stuck;
6. Check whether the hair support knife connecting rod ring head rod and eccentric wheel bearing are good, and adjust or replace them if abnormal
7. Check whether the wires of the electrical box are messy and tidy them up
