Installation precautions for the plate loading machine

1. First determine the direction of plate delivery. Generally, when the brick machine and mixer are installed in a line, the side plate delivery method is adopted; when the brick machine and mixer are placed vertically, the rear plate delivery method is adopted;
2. Confirm that the material distribution cylinder or other material distribution moving mechanism is not above the pallet bin, which affects the lower plate. If there is an impact, the plate bin and plate delivery machine should be moved away;
3. Confirm that the square tube of the fixed sprocket position in front of the unburned brick machine partner - the plate loading machine does not touch the belt conveyor;
4. Confirm that the position of the unburned brick machine partner - the plate loading machine has a position for running forklifts and hydraulic transfer vehicles, and strive to be easy to use; if possible, leave as much space as possible next to the plate loading machine to facilitate the placement of the pallet and facilitate use.
