I. Preparation
1. Check whether the sanding machine has any abnormal phenomenon and ensure that the equipment is reliably grounded.
2. Select the appropriate grinding head and abrasive, and select different particle sizes and material types as needed.
3. Prepare auxiliary tools such as brushes, claw removers, etc. to clean and adjust the grinding head during the sanding process.
II. Operation steps
1. Install the grinding head, fix the grinding head on the main shaft of the sanding machine, and tighten it with a key.
2. Add abrasive, pour the appropriate amount of abrasive according to the requirements of the grinding head, and seal the lid.
3. Adjust the grinding head, first use the claw remover to adjust the height of the grinding head and make it contact with the workpiece, and then turn the handle to adjust the angle and direction of the grinding head.
4. Turn on the machine, press the start button to start sanding, and adjust the speed as needed.
5. Cleaning and adjustment, regularly use brushes, claw removers and other tools to clean the grinding head and the surface of the workpiece, and adjust the height and angle of the grinding head as needed.
6. Turn off the equipment, wait for the equipment to stop completely, unplug the power supply and clean the surface of the equipment.
III. Precautions
1. Wear protective glasses, gloves and other safety equipment during operation to avoid danger.
2. Replace the original accessories in accordance with regulations, and do not replace inappropriate accessories or use grinding heads and abrasives of different brands at will.
3. Read the equipment manual in detail before operation, and check and adjust as required.
4. The height, angle, speed and other parameters of the grinding head should be adjusted according to the workpiece material, shape and grinding requirements.
5. Clean the equipment and replace the abrasives and grinding heads regularly to ensure the grinding effect and equipment life.
