Maintenance manual for hair transplanting machine
Purpose:
To ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the occurrence of faults. Maintain the high performance, service life, safe operation of the machine and shorten the downtime caused by faults. Perform regular maintenance on the machine.
Maintenance frequency and maintenance items:
Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Some maintenance is carried out when adjusting the machine and changing the mold.
Daily inspection
Clean the brush dust inside the front and rear machine base of the hair transplanting machine;
Clean the oil and dirt on the entire machine base of the hair transplanting machine;
Clean the surface of the equipment;
Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the cam;
Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the hair support knife ring, the eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing and the large needle rod connecting bearing;
Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the computer machine's wire track;
Check whether the hair transplanting needle is in good condition and overhaul and replace it;
Check whether the electric eye (copper feeding electric eye hair transplanting electric eye) is sensitive and overhaul;
Monthly inspection
1 Check whether the machine lubrication system supply is normal and whether there is oil leakage and overhaul;
2 Check whether the machine air pipe is leaking and overhaul;
3 Check whether the clamp spring is in good condition and overhaul;
4 Check the copper feeding mechanism and overhaul;
5 Check whether the panel switch button is normal;
6 Check the radiator of the electrical box , and the filter screen is overhauled;
Quarterly inspection
Check whether the cam rollers are running well and overhaul;
Check whether the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide are in good condition and overhaul;
3. Check whether the hair planting cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and bearings are in good condition and overhaul;
4. Check whether the rocker arm slider is worn and loose; adjust or replace it if abnormal;
5. Check whether the hair planting head (large needle rod) is loose or stuck;
6. Check whether the hair support knife connecting rod ring rod and eccentric wheel bearing are in good condition; adjust or replace it if abnormal;
Annual inspection?
1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose, and adjust and replace them;
2. Check whether the guide column and bearing of the hair planting platform (machine head) are loose; adjust or replace it if abnormal
3. Check whether the wires in the electrical cabinet are scattered and organize them;
3. Daily maintenance requirements and methods of hair planting machine ：
3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the hair transplanting machine;
(1) Use a broom to clean the hair transplanting machine base and brush the hair every shift;
(2) Use a rag to clean the front and rear machine bases every shift;
(3) When transplanting aluminum wire, the hair transplanting head and copper cutting knife must be cleaned every 4 hours.
3.2 Lubrication, maintenance and inspection of hair transplanting machine:
(1) Cam lubrication: Use a small oil tank to add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil;
(2) Use a small oil tank to add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the hair support knife ring head, eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing, and large needle rod connecting bearing;
(3) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer machine;
3.3 Maintenance and inspection of hair transplanting needle:
(1) After stopping the machine, use an open-end wrench to loosen the hook needle seat screw;
(2) Take out the hook needle and take out the hair transplanting needle;
(3) Check whether the hair transplanting needle is bent and whether the hair transplanting head is flat or has missing corners;
(4) Replace the new hair transplanting needle.
3.4 Maintenance and inspection of electric eyes:
(1) Check whether the inductive electric eyes of each hair transplanting machine are missing;
(2) Check whether the warning light of the inductive electric eyes is in working condition: on;
(3) Check the sensitivity of the inductive electric eyes, whether they can sense the warning when the hair transplanting is in an abnormal state, and whether the machine can stop due to failure;
(4) Check the inductive electric eyes once a day;
3.5 Maintenance and inspection of the copper feeding mechanism:
(1) Check the anti-slip Check whether the elasticity of the spring is fatigued; press the spring lightly with your hand to test whether it rebounds;
(2) If the anti-sliding block is worn, try to pass the copper wire through the anti-sliding block, pull the copper wire backwards with force, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled backwards; if the copper wire can be pulled backwards, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time;
(3) For the copper clamping device, try to pass the copper wire through the upper and lower clamping blocks of the copper clamping device, crank the flywheel by hand, withdraw the hair implanting head, adjust the copper clamping device, pull the copper wire backwards with force, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled backwards; if the copper wire can be pulled backwards, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
